We are delighted to announce a significant achievement in our compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) and our commitment to our host communities.

Elcrest marked the successful formal inauguration of the ABAJAJ Host Community Development Trust (HCDT).

This three-day event completed the establishment of the entire governance structure for the Trust, including:

• The Board of Trustees (BOT)
• The Management Committee
• The Community Advisory Committee (CAC)

This successful inauguration marks the culmination of an interesting and challenging journey, bringing us to a preferred and expected destination in line with the PIA.

The Naphta/Elcrest Joint Venture (JV) is committed to the full implementation of the PIA’s provisions, ensuring our host communities, particularly the ABIALA Community, derive maximum benefits from the Act.
