Dr. Peter Ntephe’s work experience spans 35 years. He is the CEO and member of the board of an American public company regulated by the US SEC and operating oil and gas exploration licenses in Africa. He also sits on the board of a charitable educational trust.
Dr. Ntephe is trained and certified as an arbitrator by arbitration bodies in the US and Nigeria. He previously taught in the business school of the American Intercontinental University, London. He is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance.
Dr. Ntephe makes time to participate as a tutoring faculty in continuing education courses on corporate governance. He is also a writer of fiction and an avid collector of traditional African arts.
In addition to his PhD from the University of London (during which he was a Moni Pulo scholar), Dr. Ntephe also has an LLM (Economic Regulation) from University College London (during which he was a British government Chevening scholar). He has four other degrees including an MSc (Oxon) and an MSc (Management) (Brunel). He also has the PGD (NED/Corporate Governance) from FT/Pearson, London.
